What is Construction Progression?

Construction Progression reports are custom, made to order reports, that follow the construction process from ground breaking to project closeout. The process begins with flying the site, and ends with tools that have endless value to our clients. Our photos create powerful maps of the site in 2D and 3D. These maps can be used to measure in great accuracy, track aggregate volumes on site, overlay progress from week to week, and so much more. In the new business environment Covid-19 has brought us, you can share the progress on site with investors, all without leaving home.

Price List

Progress Reports

All construction progression reports come with 2D map and photos taken at each cardinal direction. Price is determined by size of site (5 acres is the cutoff point). Each time we fly the same site we will create a new overlay for the same map. (if your company wants access to this feature we will need to charge a one time $1750 for software license access, this price includes a report.)

2D Construction Report

$600-$800

2D report delivered next day via email or text. Cardinal direction pictures from site, top down photos from center of site. Site construction plan overlay also available upon request.

3D Construction Report

$850-$1150

2D & 3D report delivered next day via secure customer software account. Cardinal direction pictures from site, top down photos from center of site. Full 3D model of entire site, any custom measurements done in 3D model by request. (A $1750 one time fee for software license access per company is charged for the first model, this includes the first model.)

Custom

$650-$1500

Custom reports are by request. This can include things like work over rig safety inspections (3D model of the work over rig), Frac monitoring (2D & 3D models), or a basic 3D model of an existing well location looking at spring thaw erosion.
