House or Lot Listings

The general house or lot listings packages below are built to offer you amazing value, and better quality photos, than anyone in the region. We use enterprise level drone equipment (where able) to give you some of the most detailed photos todays technology can offer. Our packages come standard with aerial and ground photos, and have add ons such as video and 2D property maps.

Home or Lot 0-4 acres

$200-$350

This package includes 15-20 aerial drone photos and 5-10 ground level photos. Can add short video or 2D property map (see in extras below) for a $150 fee.

Home or Lot 5-9 acres

$250-$350

This package includes 20+ aerial drone photos and 5-10 ground level photos. Can add short video or 2D property map (see in extras below) for a $200 fee.

Homestead or Lot 10-19 acres

$500-$850

This package includes 25-30 aerial drone photos and 10-15 ground level photos. Can add short video or 2D property map (see in extras below) for a $300 fee.

Homestead or Lot 20+ acres

$850-$1250

This package includes 35+ aerial drone photos and 10-15 ground level photos. Can add short video or 2D property map (see in extras below) for a $350 fee.

Land Real Estate

Land listings include multiple photos from all cardinal directions, as well as a complete mapping of the property.

80 acres Farm/Ranch land

$550-$1050

This land package includes 15+ aerial drone photos and 5+ ground level photos. We will also provide you with a shareable interactive map of the property. This map will include measurements of your choosing, as well as detailed terrain maps.

160 acres Farm/Ranch land

$1350-$5000

This land package includes 35+ aerial drone photos and 5-10 ground level photos. 2 Min video showing the best places on the property. We will also provide you with a shareable interactive map of the property. This map will include measurements of your choosing, as well as detailed terrain maps.

***All Listings greater than 60 miles outside of Minot ND will have a fuel charge of $0.55 a mile unless multiple listings are bundled.***

Extras

Not only do we offer aerial drone photography of your listing, but we can cover the ground level photos for you as well. We offer this free of charge on all listings!

Mapping is our business, and we believe our maps can create a new way to look at real estate in a literal top down view. These maps are powerful tools for clients to do things such as measure a potential building area, overlay potential building plans, and so much more!
